How to use

Pick your role — each guide follows the order you actually work in.

Student

    Sign inChoose your language at the top, then sign in with campus code, email, and password.

    EnrollPick a term and search courses. Credits, remaining seats, and your timetable show together; full classes, time clashes, and missing prerequisites are explained when you try.
  3. 3
    Cancel or withdrawFrom My courses, cancel (reason optional) or withdraw (reason required). Withdrawal cannot be undone.
  4. 4
    Check gradesMy transcript shows grades by term and cumulative GPA, with your name and student ID at the top — printing gives you the transcript itself.
  5. 5
    Appeal a gradeFile per course during the appeal window. Status (in review / answered) and the lecturer response appear on the same screen.
  6. 6
    Classroom (LMS)The LMS menu signs you in automatically and opens in the language you were using.

Lecturer

    Open your courseIn Grading, pick a term to see your courses, then open the grade sheet for the roster.
  2. 2
    Items and scoresEnter raw scores only — totals, letters, and grade points are computed on the server.
  3. 3
    SubmitSubmitting locks entry and sends the course for approval. A rejection returns it to draft with a reason.
  4. 4
    Answer appealsThe appeals panel on the Grading screen shows student appeals; answering closes them and shows on the student transcript immediately.

    Classroom (LMS)The LMS menu signs you in automatically; rosters stay in step with the official record.

Registrar

  1. 1
    Academic calendarOpen years, terms, and periods (enrollment, grading, appeals). Every feature follows these windows.
  2. 2
    Student recordsHandle admission, leave, reinstatement, sea practice, and graduation. Every change is recorded with a reason.
  3. 3
    Approve and finalizeApprove submitted courses and finalize. After that, only the correction process applies — the database blocks bypasses.
  4. 4
    AppealsView and answer appeals across all courses.
